Shipment Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For orders shipped within the United States, Xinitelab covers all applicable taxes, so the prices listed include any customs duties and taxes. This means customers within the United States will not be responsible for any additional charges at delivery.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Please be aware of any potential charges that may apply. If customs duties, taxes, or import fees are applied, the recipient is responsible for settling these charges directly with the relevant authorities or courier.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • In original packaging.
